• Provide mentorship to fellow Business Analysts, promoting consistent business analysis practices across all projects and business lines.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.


• Scrum Certification or Business Analyst designation is desirable.


• A minimum of five years of experience in the industry or as a business analyst.


• Advanced knowledge in business analysis with the ability to train others effectively.


• Demonstrated capacity for innovative problem-solving.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.


• Strong conflict resolution abilities.


• Proficient technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Duck Creek is advantageous.


• Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a visionary thinker with a strong focus on quality.

The salary for this position varies based on qualifications, with a range from $75,000 to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates. Applications from candidates outside this range are welcome and will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and education.
