  • Employ exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present recommended solutions, considering risks, benefits, and overall value.
  • Analyze data to assess the performance of implemented solutions or processes post-deployment, suggesting enhancements to facilitate change management or optimize efficiencies.
  • Identify and propose alternatives, including the replacement, retirement, or enhancement of solutions, or organizational adjustments to maximize performance and value realization.
  • Act as a bridge between underwriting and various business units, including technology services, product management, actuarial teams, and client experience, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Provide mentorship to junior Business Analysts, promoting consistent analysis practices across all projects and business lines.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Scrum Certification or a Business Analyst designation is desirable.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the industry or as a business analyst.
  • Extensive knowledge in business analysis with the ability to train others.
  • Demonstrated capacity for innovative problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Effective conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Duck Creek being advantageous.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a visionary thinker with a focus on quality.
