• Ensure that requirements align with stakeholder expectations, evaluate that requirements deliver value, and communicate the pros and cons of alternative solutions when necessary.


• Employ exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present recommended solutions, considering risks, benefits, and potential value.


• Analyze data to assess the performance of solutions or processes post-deployment and suggest enhancements to support change management or optimize efficiencies.


• Identify alternatives and actions, including replacing, retiring, or enhancing solutions, or modifying the organization to maximize solution performance and value recognition.


• Act as a liaison between underwriting and various business sectors (such as technology services, product management, actuarial, training, compliance, claims, billing, and client experience) and collaborate effectively.


• Mentor fellow Business Analysts, promoting consistent business analysis practices across all projects and business lines.

Qualifications:


• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.


• Scrum Certification or Business Analyst designation is desirable.


• A minimum of five years of experience in the industry or as a business analyst.


• In-depth knowledge of business analysis with the ability to train others effectively.


• Proven capacity for innovative problem-solving.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.


• Strong conflict resolution abilities.


• High technical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Duck Creek is advantageous.


• Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a visionary thinker with a strong focus on quality.

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 for minimally qualified candidates to $90,000 for those with more extensive qualifications. Candidates outside this range are encouraged to apply and will be evaluated based on their experience, skills, and education.
