Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor

Position Overview:
Rehab at Home Healthcare Services is actively seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor to enhance our team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a professional who is ready to take on the Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist role. The ideal candidate will be available for part-time (minimum of 20 hours) or full-time work, possess a strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally, and have some experience in home health settings.


Qualifications for Speech Language Pathologist:
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Preferred experience in home care
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Feeding therapy experience is a plus but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance for new graduates and full-time staff.
  • Supervise a team of up to 4 SLP-Assistants.
  • Mentor Clinical Fellows and oversee their practice under your license as per TDLR regulations.
  • Deliver services as prescribed by physicians in accordance with the care plan.


  • Participate in the interview process for SLP candidates.
