Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Blood Gas Sales Team in the North Central USA. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a targeted regional plan to deliver year-over-year installed base and core growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan for your region, ensuring we win new customers, retain our base business, and expand our footprint in existing accounts.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team, coaching them to increase market share and sales revenue through the promotion of Radiometer portfolio products.
  • Participate in annual business reviews of top accounts and assist in managing escalated accounts in coordination with your regional support team.
  • Negotiate regional system-wide contracts and financial agreements to meet customers' needs while meeting company growth objectives and profitability requirements.
  • Provide leadership in measuring and improving results through a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of our Danaher Business System (DBS).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, business, science, or marketing major preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in medical capital equipment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team to success.
Travel and Physical Requirements

Travel estimated at 60% with overnight travel required. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
