Regional Sales Manager for Truck Bed Sales

Job Summary: CM Truck Beds is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute a strategy for profitable revenue growth in their defined region. The ideal candidate will focus on retaining and expanding sales with existing key accounts, as well as growing market share and developing a pipeline of new key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow market share in the region
- Retain current customers and grow share of wallet with key accounts
- Develop a pipeline of new key accounts and successfully convert them to CM products
- Define and achieve sales goals, budgets, and margin targets
Requirements:
- Proven success in growing and servicing key customers in a geographic region or territory
- Solid sales experience in a B2B environment
- Firsthand experience with CRM software and Account management systems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and people skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
