Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership growth through strategic sales initiatives, including outreach to industry-specific networks and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data to continuously refine sales strategies, adjusting outreach and acquisition tactics based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market conditions to ensure Ned's Club Nomad remains competitive in the luxury membership sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, membership development, or business development within luxury or hospitality settings.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding membership or sales targets.
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year,
