Regional Field Sales Manager

Rise Broadband is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and success in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to optimize market penetration and support both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and resellers to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure team members are well-informed of market offers and best practices.
- Manage territory assignments to ensure optimal coverage and performance across the region.
- Address and resolve personnel issues, conduct performance appraisals, and provide coaching and safety training as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and offer valuable insights on broader marketing strategies and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- At least 3 years of management experience, with a track record of leading and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of direct sales strategies and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire a sales team.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in using personal computers and common software applications.
- This role is a hybrid role that involves an office environment and field visits required.
- Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear on a regular basis. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
