Lead Stroke Care Delivery at UR Medicine Neurosurgery

UR Medicine Neurosurgery is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Division Administrator to lead and manage operations at our Comprehensive Stroke Center. As the Division Administrator, you will focus on optimizing stroke care delivery while building strong relationships with hospitals and EMS teams, expanding our reach with across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives that streamline workflows for faster, life-saving stroke care.
  • Analyze division operations and provide leadership with actionable, data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes and procedural efficiency.
  • Oversee interdisciplinary teams and technicians, managing groundbreaking programs such as the UR Medicine Mobile Stroke Unit and Tele-neurosurgery services.
  • Be the key liaison for regional hospitals and EMS, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Lead outreach efforts to grow the program within the region and elevate stroke care standards through education and collaboration.
  • Co-administer the Cabrini Stroke Literacy Community Education Grant, ensuring the success of community-centered initiatives that expand stroke literacy and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in program administration, clinical operations, and interdisciplinary team management.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, impactful healthcare environment.
