Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Keller Williams Pittsburgh. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our agents and the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to agents and clients, handling documents and tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new agents, completing all necessary paperwork, training, and introductions in a timely manner.
  • Backup for light bookkeeping and check cutting, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of KW's products and serve as a liaison between agents and KW resources, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Assist agents with technical needs, including DocuSign, email, and network setup, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Promote office activities through social media and email, highlighting upcoming events and training sessions.
  • Conduct agent orientations and teach classes, sharing knowledge and best practices with our team.
  • Manage training calendars and communicate with leadership, ensuring that all agents have access to the training and support they need.
  • Oversee the office website's content, ensuring branding consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Agent Leadership Council to address concerns and enhance agent satisfaction, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Supervise the helpdesk, providing timely assistance and support to agents and clients.
  • Develop strategies to boost agent engagement in events and training sessions, driving participation and enthusiasm.
Requirements
  • Professional appearance and at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Effective listening and training skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, and team player with strong initiative, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and able to maintain attention to detail, with a college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
