Position Overview:

As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will embark on a journey with Mister Car Wash, a leader in the car wash industry, where your potential to inspire a team and foster customer relationships will be fully realized.

This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their leadership skills while contributing to the success of our operations. You will collaborate closely with our Operations leadership team, utilizing your expertise in personnel and business management.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Successfully complete the Mister Car Wash Operations Leadership Program, which includes hands-on training and online coursework, under the guidance of a Certified Trainer.

2. Partner with store management and team members to ensure that our locations consistently provide an outstanding customer experience and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

3. Facilitate training, onboarding, and performance assessments for store management and team members in collaboration with the Certified Trainer.

4. Oversee daily operations to uphold Mister Car Wash's brand standards regarding quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and customer service.

5. Handle administrative tasks, including financial reviews, shift scheduling, and expense reporting, with support from the Certified Trainer.

6. Master preventative maintenance techniques with instruction from the Certified Trainer and the Facilities Maintenance Team.


Qualifications:


- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a decision-making role.

- Strong skills in teaching, mentoring, and coaching.

- Exceptional emotional intelligence with a composed and authoritative demeanor.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

- Polished written and verbal communication skills.

- Capability to strategize and adapt priorities to meet business needs effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
