Roadway Engineer Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Roadway Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop and design Complete Streets projects, sidewalks, and bike lanes, linear roadway improvements, drainage improvements, and other capital improvements projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and modification of various engineering documents, including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans for projects using engineering and design software.
- Use record documents, reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, tests, and aerial photographs to assess site characteristics and their impact on project planning and design.
- Design roadway and utility infrastructure, including roadway geometry, grading, drainage, utility design, stormwater management, and soil erosion and sediment control.
- Coordinate with planners, engineers, environmental scientists, subconsultants, and other professionals.
- Participate in professional organizations.
