The Global Record to Report team, integral to our Global Controllership, oversees comprehensive accounting operations, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and compliance with U.S. regulations. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery of essential regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Regulatory Reporting Interpretive Office framework.
  • Accurately interpreting and documenting reporting guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and addressing regulatory reporting items that require detailed interpretation.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Regulatory Reporting leaders to produce accurate regulatory reports.
  • Assisting in formulating responses to inquiries from regulatory bodies and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating discussions across departments to provide consistent interpretive guidance in reporting.
  • Driving continuous improvements in processes, enhancing automation, and strengthening controls.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, or Auditing.
  • Experience in preparing regulatory reports required by the Federal Reserve.
  • A strong understanding of U.S. Regulatory and GAAP standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Regulatory Reporting or within a highly regulated financial environment is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
