Position Overview:

In our ongoing effort to strengthen the Controllers function through enhanced integration, alignment, and the promotion of growth and transformation, we are seeking to appoint four pivotal leadership roles that will report directly to the new Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting.

  • Role 1 - Reporting Owner (FFIEC 101, FFIEC 102, and Pillar 3 disclosures):

This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, comprehensive, and precise submission of critical regulatory documents, including FFIEC 101, FFIEC 102, and Pillar 3 disclosures, alongside specific management reporting tasks. The role encompasses complete report ownership, oversight of data integrity, collaboration with a dedicated Data Lead, and interaction with regulatory authorities such as the FRB, OCC, and FDIC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of regulatory submissions and management reports
  • Oversee governance related to Regulatory Reporting
  • Ensure and improve data integrity
  • Design and implement regulatory reporting training programs
  • Facilitate internal audits and risk management initiatives
  • Engage collaboratively on regulatory issues with industry peers

Required Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of experience in Accounting and Regulatory Reporting
  • In-depth understanding of US Regulatory frameworks and financial reporting standards
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
  • Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Master's degree and CPA designation preferred
