- Performance Analysis: Conducts thorough analysis of current production volumes, margins, and market comparisons to identify opportunities and risks. This analysis is vital for management to make informed decisions.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assists the divisional CFO team with various requests, ensuring timely completion and addressing any inquiries or adjustments needed.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
The staff member is expected to consistently follow all regulatory and compliance policies related to their role. It is essential to maintain an understanding of how these regulations contribute to the bank's vision of independence. Compliance with federal, state, and local laws is mandatory, and all required training must be completed promptly. The staff member must stay informed about evolving regulations and internal compliance procedures.
