Outbound Sales Team Lead

Rippling is revolutionizing HR and IT management with its unified workforce platform. As an Outbound Sales Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with marketing and sales teams.
This position offers a unique opportunity to build and execute an outbound sales strategy involving multichannel approaches tracked heavily by input/output metrics. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, ramping, and training a remote team working across multiple timezones. A strong understanding of SDR Tech Stack is essential for success in this role.
