About the Role

The US Sales Manager Lead at AMBOSS is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with residency programs throughout the US and Canada. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and excellent communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target teaching hospitals with residency programs across the US and Canada.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residency program directors, GME leadership, faculty members, and administrative staff at teaching hospitals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with teaching hospitals to promote AMBOSS products and services.
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations of AMBOSS offerings to b2b buyers, decision makers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor sales strategies and materials to meet the needs of teaching hospitals.
  • Track and analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of sales goal attainment.
  • Sales experience within the healthcare industry, preferably within medical education or clinical decision-support fields.
Estimated Salary Range

$155,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience.
