Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our team at Dee Salas State Farm Agency. As an Insurance Expert, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying clients' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
You will also be responsible for proactively marketing relevant products and services to customers based on their needs, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage and support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to ensure clients receive optimal coverage and support
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and concerns
Our ideal candidate will have experience in sales or client relationship management, with a keen interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. You will possess excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, as well as a dedication to customer service.
