**Role Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Information Technology Services department. The successful candidate will provide technical support, training, and guidance to the campus community regarding the use, maintenance, and repair of computer technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to active faculty/staff/designated campus colleagues to address information technology issues with applications, hardware, and the network.
  • Manage/administer organization units (OUs) through Active Directory for supported units.
  • Acknowledge user concerns and resolve or escalate technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other technical units as required to ensure effective issue resolution.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
