Logistics Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Freight Haulage Business Development Specialist to join our team at SMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales channels and opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or warehousing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits: Base salary $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission, competitive wages, and the opportunity to become an integral part of our continued growth.
