Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant - Growth Acceleration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth within Mid-Market customers by identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering value through our differentiated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and penetrate new markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through data-driven insights and market research
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to deliver expertise and value relevant to specific categories of products and solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial distribution or manufacturing sectors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $105,000, based on relevant experience and location. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
