Job Summary

This position leads a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the cable and telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and monitor functions relative to staff, including selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary/status change recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of Outside Sales or related work experience.
  • Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Direct Sales practices and consumer education of products and services.
  • Experience with cable or telecommunications services.
