Sales Manager

This position leads a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the cable and telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and monitor functions relative to staff, including selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary/status change recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Outside Sales or related work experience.
- Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Direct Sales practices and consumer education of products and services.
- Experience with cable or telecommunications services.
