At Siemens Industry Software Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled License Compliance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for finding, validating, and closing License Compliance leads in North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual License Compliance sales quotas.
- Work closely with Siemens direct sales team, legal, technical specialists, and other members of the License Compliance team on compliance matters.
- Investigate and develop leads from sales teams and customers, and conduct challenging conversations in a polite and positive manner.
- Responsible for maintaining basic knowledge of Siemens products, competition, and industry trends, as well as understanding project delivery methods.
- Pro-actively establish collaborative relationships with vertical sales teams and partners to engage compliance customers and assemble alternate proposals to resolve compliance issues.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software sales support, license compliance, inside sales, or maintenance/service renewals.
- Strong project management skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (writing, reading, and conversation).
- Highly proficient computer skills, including internet, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Business management or related degree.
- Previous License Compliance, inside sales, or renewals experience is a plus.
- Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements, and contracts.
- Previous experience dealing with principles, owners, and executives in sales situations and/or collections.
