Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct policy evaluations and manage smaller service transactions.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls from existing clients and process transactions effectively.
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
  • Seek new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
  • Utilize assigned lead lists in accordance with the lead management system, adhering to the guidelines established by your Sales Leader and/or Agency Manager.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Allstate and Bo Cochran Agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty to our products.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Exhibit a positive, upbeat attitude and a collaborative spirit.
  • Possess a career-oriented mindset.
  • Be driven and focused on achieving goals.
  • A valid Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license is required.
  • Previous experience with Allstate is preferred.
