Key Responsibilities
- Conduct policy evaluations and manage smaller service transactions.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls from existing clients and process transactions effectively.
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
- Seek new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
- Utilize assigned lead lists in accordance with the lead management system, adhering to the guidelines established by your Sales Leader and/or Agency Manager.
- Ensure strict compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Allstate and Bo Cochran Agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty to our products.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
- Exhibit a positive, upbeat attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Possess a career-oriented mindset.
- Be driven and focused on achieving goals.
- A valid Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license is required.
- Previous experience with Allstate is preferred.
