Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, configure, and enhance products within specific areas of expertise.
  • Act as the main support and maintenance contact for clients.
  • Engage in requirements analysis and gathering.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams for client pre-sales, planning, maintenance, training, and support initiatives.
  • Draft proposals and statements of work (SOW) for various projects.
  • Prepare bills of materials (BOMs) for hardware and software estimates.
  • Oversee project scope, manage change orders, and align customer expectations.
  • Foster client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize daily work schedules effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions relevant to areas of expertise.
  • Log time daily in the time management system.
Qualifications:

Essential Education, Experience, and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a consulting or professional services capacity.
