We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Women's Healthcare Laboratory Sales Consultant in North Alabama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve objectives focused on women's healthcare solutions.
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Engage with potential and existing clients to enhance the sales of our laboratory services.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to key decision-makers, driving product and program sales.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable laboratory services.
- Prioritize new business development efforts within target accounts, ensuring a high volume of daily outreach.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track daily activities and manage client relationships.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales support.
- Participate in industry events, training sessions, and company meetings.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and territory analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine marketing strategies and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct cold calls to explore new market segments and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, medical technology, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in women's healthcare sales is essential.
- A minimum of five years in healthcare sales, marketing, or laboratory services is required.
- Experience in laboratory or diagnostic sales is preferred.
