About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Solutions Assistant Vice President - Large Market to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our healthcare consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management of client work and the client team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Lead consultant overseeing and serving as the main day-to-day contact for a dedicated jumbo employer client.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to develop and implement client strategies and solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and present executive-level reports and presentations to clients, showcasing key findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide expert advice and guidance on healthcare-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue growth, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in health and benefits, with a strong background in healthcare consulting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using project management tools and software.
  • Working knowledge of benefits and services offered, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and data to clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Agile.
