Job Title: Health Solutions Assistant Vice President

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Health Solutions Assistant Vice President to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Project management of client work and the client team
  • Lead consultant overseeing and serving as the main day-to-day contact along with the Account Executive
  • Project management, analysis, drafting and coordinating closely with the client on executive level reports and presentations
  • Participation in client meetings, regular onsite client support, and the identification of client needs for other services
  • Projects include benchmarking, compliance, vendor renewal and service coordination, supporting clients' day-to-day needs, marketing proposal and report preparation and presentation
Requirements:
  • Eight plus years of experience in Health and Benefits
  • Eight plus years of experience in a HR consulting firm or professional services firm
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Project management and strong analytical ability
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients
Preferred Experience:
  • Project management certification is a plus
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
