About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Health Solutions Assistant Vice President - Large Market to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our industry-leading team, you will play a critical role in empowering results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project management of client work and the client team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Lead consultant overseeing and serving as the main day-to-day contact for a dedicated jumbo employer client, working closely with the Account Executive and other team members.
  • Project management, analysis, drafting, and coordination of executive-level reports and presentations, participation in client meetings, regular onsite client support, and identification of client needs for other services.
  • Conduct studies and make recommendations to clients, articulating findings in a clear and consultative manner.
  • Resolve client issues at appropriate levels and inform other team members of pertinent issues.
Requirements
  • Eight plus years of experience in Health and Benefits, with a strong background in HR consulting or professional services.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Project management and strong analytical ability, with advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients, with strong presentation skills.
