Global Service Desk Manager Position Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Saxon Global as a Global Service Desk Manager. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to clients and ensure they receive prompt assistance with their computing devices. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients, monitoring our ticket queue, and reviewing troubleshooting information.

Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients to resolve technical issues;
• Regularly review the Service Desk Ticket queue;
• Respond to clients' requests in a timely manner;
• Develop a strong understanding of clients' technical needs;
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals;

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills. A salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year reflects the importance of this position in delivering exceptional client service.
