We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Contact Center Specialist, Case Management. This role involves working with customers to resolve issues and answer questions regarding our medical equipment and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing inbound documents and making outbound calls to verify patient information
  • Collecting payment from patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring that all interactions with patients are professional, courteous, and respectful

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a pleasant personality. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience are required. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour.
