This is a fully remote opportunity. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.

One shift from 11am to 8pm EST is required weekly.

Additionally, one Saturday shift from 9am to 2pm EST is required monthly.

Preferred candidates are located in the Coral Springs, FL or Minneapolis, MN regions.

Job Function Overview

  • Provide exceptional service to customers through both inbound and outbound communications, focusing on presenting and finalizing sales of products and services. Manage Patient Enrollment and repeat order requests with professionalism and courtesy. Accurately document the purpose of calls and ensure follow-up actions are taken as necessary. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively at the point of contact. Maintain and update all relevant records in Brightree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle leads from various departments to ensure timely follow-up and product offerings.
  • Make outbound calls in response to customer inquiries as noted in correspondence or approved marketing leads.
  • Conduct research and resolve problems, communicating outcomes to customers as needed.
  • Maintain and update all relevant records in Brightree, adhering to Corporate Compliance Guidelines.
  • Exceed established Quality and Quantity Performance Standards.
  • Serve as a positive role model for colleagues by following all Departmental and Corporate Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist the Department's Leadership Team in achieving departmental objectives through task completion and ongoing training.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay informed and proficient in policies, procedures, and skills necessary for job performance.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the evolving business needs of the role.
  • Follow good housekeeping and quality practices.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by departmental management.
  • Occasionally, high-performing employees may be asked to engage in overtime based on recent performance evaluations.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to engage in direct sales via telephone.
  • Employees are expected to conduct business with the highest ethical and professional standards, complying with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Brightree is a plus.
  • Prior call center experience is beneficial, as the role involves significant customer interaction over the phone.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently is essential.
