Key Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and seasoned Business Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of working both independently and collaboratively across various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee departmental budgets, providing variance analysis and insights to assist department leaders in informed decision-making.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for enterprise customer provisioning.
  • Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across sales, marketing, and product development to provide operational support.
  • Manage various operational processes involving multiple platforms, including Spendesk, Drata, Navan, and Humaans.
  • Engage in special projects as required to support business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison for employee and external inquiries and requests.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the needs of the Staff teams (Director Level and above), including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate the setup and logistics for team events as necessary.
