Key Duties:

Customer Engagement:
Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Problem Resolution:
Assess customer needs, clarify details, investigate issues, and provide suitable solutions.

Product/Service Expertise:
Keep current knowledge of company offerings, services, and promotions to accurately assist customers.

Record Keeping:
Precisely log customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the company's CRM system.

Conflict Management:
Address customer grievances or issues, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments when necessary.

Sales Assistance:
Promote or recommend products and services when appropriate, achieving sales objectives as established by the organization.

Regulatory Compliance:
Follow company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all customer interactions.

Collaborative Efforts:
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
