Job Overview

The Customer Service BDC Specialist plays a crucial role in engaging with customers regarding their initial service appointments, vehicle inspections, and service notifications. This position involves organizing service appointments and meticulously documenting customer interactions, including follow-ups for missed appointments. The BDC team is also tasked with managing all incoming service appointment inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange service appointments through various communication channels including phone, in-person, or email.
  • Provide customers with updates on their vehicle status as required.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone, in-person, or email interactions.
  • Handle incoming calls by answering, transferring, and supplying necessary information.
  • Route telephone calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette.
  • Must articulate clearly and maintain a friendly phone demeanor.
  • Proficient typing and phone handling skills are essential.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
