Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Correct Craft. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our facility and maintenance operations, ensuring the safe and functional operation of our property and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Maintenance Management: Develop and implement a predictive and preventative maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including infrastructure and capacity increases, to support business growth and objectives.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, securing estimates and cost quotes as needed to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with departments to schedule maintenance tasks, promote continual improvement, and advance in equipment, facility, and systems as it relates to technology and industry 4.0.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Engineering, Project, Construction, or Operations Management preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in facilities and maintenance, including 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated contract review and negotiation experience, project management skills, and technical skills in MS Office and other Windows-based programs.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR).
