Customer Experience Ambassador
We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at our venues. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a safe and enjoyable time with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services to guests, including answering questions and directing them to important areas of the venue.
- Scan tickets for entry and administer wristbands for events.
- Monitor the consumption of alcohol and enforce all policies and procedures of the venue.
- Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team and communicate with guests during a facility emergency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed according to venue schedule.
