About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Associate to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the evolution and activation of our brand through innovative design solutions. Your passion for excellence and commitment to delivering outstanding results will be essential in upholding and enhancing the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform moderate-level design assignments supervised by senior designers.
  • Support all visual tasks, from print to digital design, to producing brand essentials for promotional use and for all kinds of events.
  • Review and redesign stakeholder presentations - in Keynote and Indesign - to improve overall look, feel, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event requirements and deliver on-brand promotional materials.
  • Play a key role in designing the aesthetic of new office spaces, considering brand guidelines and creating a visually stimulating work environment.
  • Manage the ordering process for design-related assets required for promotional materials or venue dressing, ensuring timely procurement and installation.
  • Establish and maintain consistent visual standards across all internal and external documents, reinforcing the company's brand identity.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
  • Work closely with marketing and automation teams to support inbound brand strategy requests and execution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the organization by supporting the brand's visual core values.
  • Uphold the highest standards of design and contribute to the maintenance of brand consistency.
  • Contribute to video production by creating dynamic animated assets, adding extra value to multimedia projects.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, deadlines, and find alternative solutions when required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • A solid and creative portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • Degree-level studies in Graphic Design (Bachelor's degree / B.A.) from a recognized university or institution.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Expert knowledge of typography and grid systems.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite and Keynote.
  • Experience in various design fields, including decks/keynotes, print, and online communication material.
  • Strong graphic design skills with the ability to translate creative concepts into visual styles.
  • Familiarity with Figma and/or animation and video editing is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience at an agency or high-end consumer brand is a plus.
  • B2B experience is a plus.
