Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled Systems Engineers to join our team at Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector in Sunnyvale, CA. As a Systems Engineer, you'll become part of our Maritime/Land Sensors and Systems division, Marine Systems business unit, where you'll work on leading-edge projects that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex systems and subsystems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and technical reports
  • Participate in system testing and validation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM field
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • Special Access Program eligibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience with Cameo
  • Experience with Systems Design
  • Experience with establishing Systems Requirements

What We Offer

At Northrop Grumman, we offer a competitive salary range of $72,100 - $108,100/year for Level 1 and $87,200 - $130,800/year for Level 2. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
