Overview:

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide essential human resources support within our Distribution Center. This role is vital for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage time-sensitive data entry and process requests related to HRIS and associated systems.
  • Prepare and conduct new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee compliance with all associate documentation and performance reviews.
  • Assist in the planning and communication of company initiatives and address daily inquiries from associates.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison for associates regarding benefits inquiries.
  • Coordinate leave of absence and workers' compensation claims.
  • Support additional HR projects as required.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of fundamental human resources principles.
  • Experience in a distribution center setting is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and assist other coordinators.
  • Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
