Your Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support: Provide timely preparation of decision templates, data analysis, statistics, reports, presentations, and evaluations, as well as independent follow-up on topics and open points.
  • Project coordination: Reliable support and coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Communication and coordination: Assist with cross-location topics and coordination with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support for the Director: Provide support for the Director West in daily business, including scheduling appointments, internal and external correspondence, and related documentation.
