This is a full-time or part-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of public safety and order;
  • Familiarity with traffic laws (construction sites, special uses, etc.);
  • Experience with event planning, advertising, and customer service;
  • Understanding of business operations and decision-making processes;
  • Ability to handle citizen services, particularly registration and records.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an administrative specialist or qualification as an administrative specialist;
  • Previous experience in public safety and order preferred;
  • Strong organizational skills and positive customer service orientation;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
