About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Duke Raleigh Hospital. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and leadership on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis management and interpret policy to ensure timely and effective communication and collaboration among departments.
  • Act as the administrative liaison to patients, families, health system employees, and external customers.
  • Coordinate operations and personnel activities to meet CSU/Departmental, Hospital, and Health System objectives.
  • Maintain interface with departmental personnel to ensure adequate space and facilities for patient care and coordination of facilities.
  • Oversee patient care flow and redirect resources as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience, with two years of clinical experience.
  • Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required; BLS required.
