Recruiting and Onboarding Professional

The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting and Onboarding Professional to join our team. This role will provide expert-level support for various HR functions, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is estimated at $38.13 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate all phases of the full lifecycle recruiting process, including job posting, advertising, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, including background checks, medical testing, and data entry into HR systems.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for various HR programs, including front desk reception, employment, training and development, benefits, and reporting.
- Analyze and interpret HR data to create reports and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in HR, with at least two years in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
- SHRM-CP or aPHR certification preferred.
