Administrative Services Coordinator

Boos & Associates, A Professional Corporation is a dynamic Certified Public Accountant and Consulting firm established in 2004. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Las Vegas, NV office. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, supporting administrative functions for assigned management, and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors both in person and over the phone.
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to assigned management, including creating and editing correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings or conference calls.
- Maintain and prepare common areas such as the lobby and conference rooms to ensure a professional appearance at all times.
- Copy, collate, scan, and file documents, draft Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and process tax returns for clients.
- Assist in scheduling for tax, assurance, and client accounting and advisory services teams.
- Collaborate with the Firm Administration team to process and code vendor and client invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform all mail distribution, filing, and stocking office supplies or kitchen items, as needed.
