Business Intelligence Engineer, Deal Tooling and Insights, Strategic Customer Engagements

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Deal Tooling and Insights team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a suite of metrics for weekly and monthly business reporting, establishing automated processes for large-scale data analyses, and creating new metrics to measure the health of the business.
You will work closely with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to measure complex problems and quantify the business impact of various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a suite of metrics for weekly and monthly business reporting
- Establish automated processes for large-scale data analyses
- Create new metrics to measure the health of the business
- Work with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to measure complex problems and quantify the business impact of various initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS, and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $89,600/year to $185,000/year, depending on location, as well as equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.
