We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data analytics solutions to drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data warehouses and reporting platforms to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and data visualizations to support business insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting dashboards to support business performance monitoring
  • Participate in recurring performance reviews with leadership teams to own KPIs and improvement areas

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and statistical analysis
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and VBA programming languages
  • Power user with Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI tools
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data mining and data visualization
  • Experience in building relational databases and reporting/BI platforms
