Job Title: Senior Manager, Retail Media

At Kenvue, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Retail Media to join our team. As a key member of our retail media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail media strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail media plans across multiple retailers, aligning with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Lead a team of media professionals to plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns, ensuring timely and complete delivery of all activities.
  • Oversee budget management, tracking spend vs. total commitments and individual programs.
  • Collaborate with brand growth, brand media teams, shopper teams, customer teams, agency partners, and retail media networks to drive strategic relationships and business growth.
  • Manage people and lead embedded media agency team pods, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in media, brand marketing, shopper/trade, and/or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, interpret, communicate, and negotiate complex business situations.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications.
  • Experience in Pacvue, MMM tools, and/or other retail media data tools a plus.
What We Offer:

Competitive annual base salary ranging from $119,000 to $205,850, depending on location, skills, experience, education level, and other job-related factors.
