Job Title: Senior Assistant Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in various tasks, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage and control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
