Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and accurate Payroll Specialist to support our payroll function.

The successful candidate will assist with data capturing and administrative tasks in the payroll process, ensuring timely completion of all payroll-related tasks.

The Payroll Specialist will work closely with the Payroll Manager and other team members to maintain a productive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process payroll from end to end, including posting payroll GL tasks
  • Provide assistance to staff with payroll queries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and multitask effectively
